The Archbold's Owlet-nightjar (Aegotheles archboldi) is a species of bird in the Aegothelidaefamily. It is found in West Papua, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is named after American explorer Richard Archbold.
