The Rufous-thighed Kite (Harpagus diodon) is a species of bird of prey in theAccipitridae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, French Guiana,Guyana, Paraguay, and Suriname. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dryforests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical moistmontane forests.
