Sassi's Olive Greenbul (Phyllastrephus lorenzi), also known as Sassi's Greenbul, is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is becoming rare due to habitat loss; when it was still considered a good species by the IUCN, it was classified as Near threatened.

Taxonomy

Originally described as a distinct species, it is sometimes treated as a subspecies of the Icterine Greenbul. BirdLife International revised its status to subspecies in 2008.
